Key Responsibilities: • Quality Control & Compliance: Monitor the Contractor¡¯s performance, ensuring compliance with specified materials, workmanship, and construction methods. Direct the Contractor on rectification works that do not meet the Consultant¡¯s specified requirements, and issue Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs) for deviations, maintaining a tracking system to ensure resolution. • M&E Evaluation & Verification: Carry out M&E evaluation work to verify the Contractor¡¯s completed works, ensuring alignment with approved design, specifications, and standards before recommending certification or payment. • Coordination & Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the Design Office Team (DOT) and the Contractor, clarifying technical details, resolving design discrepancies on-site, and ensuring smooth project progress. Track and address all requests for information, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues. • Document Review & Supervision: Review shop drawings, monitor their approval status, and manage any conflicts or discrepancies between contract documents, including specifications, drawings, and schedules. Supervise subordinate site staff, such as the Clerk of Works, and ensure all technical issues are promptly addressed. • Site Reporting & Documentation: Compile and verify Contractor¡¯s site progress reports, submit monthly site progress reports to the DOT, and provide signatory endorsement on Approved As-Built drawings. Attend all testing and commissioning of building services, verify inspection reports, and ensure any required rectification works are tracked and completed. • Third-Party Coordination: Support the Contractor in meetings with third parties, including local authorities, to address technical issues related to building design, ensuring all aspects of the project comply with local regulations and standards. • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all matters related to the company, disclosing information only as instructed by senior management.
About the Role: We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented M&E Designer to join our engineering consultancy team. This role involves the production of high-quality Mechanical and Electrical drawings for building services projects. The ideal candidate should be technically proficient, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and actively contribute to design coordination and project success. Responsibilities: • Prepare M&E layout drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and/or GstarCAD in accordance with project requirements and specifications • Develop accurate and detailed CAD designs for mechanical and/or electrical services, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, power, and lighting systems • Interpret and translate schematic and single-line diagrams into coordinated technical drawings • Independently plan system routing and conduct internal quality checks on drawings and models • Coordinate closely with engineers and other design team members to resolve clashes and interface issues • Maintain proper documentation and version control of all issued and received drawings/models • Ensure adherence to internal CAD and drafting standards • Supervise and mentor junior drafters, review their work, and ensure drawing accuracy and consistency • Report regularly to the project engineer on task progress and deadlines.
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and committed Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead and manage the mechanical engineering scope of our building and infrastructure projects. This role requires a combination of strong technical knowledge, project leadership, and client-facing experience in M&E consulting. Responsibilities: • Lead mechanical design development for building services (HVAC, fire protection, water supply, sewerage, vertical transport, etc.) • Oversee preparation of technical specifications, design calculations, and bill of quantities • Provide cost-effective engineering solutions that comply with statutory regulations and client requirements • Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables efficiently • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve technical and design interface issues • Review and supervise work by junior engineers and drafters to ensure design accuracy and compliance • Attend site inspections, project meetings, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants • Liaise with relevant authorities for submissions and approvals of mechanical systems • Support BIM modelling and coordination where applicable • Stay updated on latest codes, green building requirements, and technology in M&E systems.

• Providing comprehensive design & project implementation services to our clients in the fields of Building and Infrastructure Construction. • Require to carry out design activities that are cost-effective and comply with clients¡¯ specifications and statutory regulations • Co-ordinate with internal parties to resolve interface issues and technical clarification. • Manage project issues, budgets, and schedules. • Preparation of tender documentations. • Organize and archive all incoming and outgoing documents. • Ensure compliance with the office/ project drawing filing systems. • Attendance of site meeting with client and external consultants • Other duties as assigned.
